At bauma, NeoTwin is presenting the prometriq real estate platform, which enables digital mapping and control of the building lifecycle. The special feature of the platform: for the first time, the entire building lifecycle is mapped and controlled digitally from start to finish. Building owners and investors receive efficient and reliable reporting and controlling through real-time insights into the parameters of time, costs and quality of construction and existing properties. This enables an increase in productivity based on key figures and analyses – from planning to deconstruction. The platform builds on and also integrates established company systems and processes.
Who are we?
We, NeoTwin GmbH, are a Munich-based PropTech and part of Umdasch Group Ventures. Our real estate solution prometriq is the platform for the entire building life cycle. As a 51% stake of Umdasch Group Ventures, we address the major challenges in the construction and real estate sector. Predominantly public and private owners and operators of infrastructure and real estate assets, we offer a central management tool for the entire real estate portfolio.
