NEULANDT creates valuable living spaces with portable precast plant N3P

The world’s population continues to grow steadily. However, affordable living space is not sufficiently available in many parts of the world. The promise of NEULANDT is in the name: New land is developed in a way that transforms it into economically, socially and ecologically valuable land. The key to this is the unique NEULANDT 3P (N3P) with the patented butterfly technology. The innovative butterfly technology combines the advantages of horizontal precast preparation with vertical pouring. The mobile field factory increases the productivity of construction projects, standardises quality and ensures value creation on site by using local labour. This meets the growing global demand for affordable living space. In Côte d’Ivoire, access to affordable living space is also a top priority. The N3P is expected to enable the construction of up to 1,000 houses within a year in this market in the future through the prefabricated parts produced.

At this year’s bauma, NEULANDT will present the new modular production plant concept for the first time. Functional units of the N3P are combined into modules according to customer specifications. This results in added value for smaller construction projects: the initial total costs are noticeably reduced by the upgradeable modules. The modularisation as well as the standardisation of the N3P thus enable project partners to enter the market and ensure scalability in the long term.
