Metal printing (SLM)

Whether aluminium, stainless steel or tool steel – the powder bed system enables complex parts to be printed in a short time.
With our powerful 3D printer, challenging geometries, prototypes or efficient series can be easy realized. With the Selective Laser Melting (SLM) process, components are built up layer by layer in a resource-saving methode using fine grain powder.
Prototypes, building models or series parts can be printed on a polyamide based material within a very short time. In addition, special shapes can be manufactured in small numbers in a cost-effective method, without any molds or tools for production. The polyamide powder (available in flame-retardant form) is used for special applications.
The available installation space in the printer can be fully used, since no support structures are required with this method.
