Production of concrete elements without the need for formwork. In a factory or on the construction site: 3D construction printing from Umdasch Group Ventures is quick, efficient and sustainable. It reproduces the shortest, digitally continuous process from design to production. The concrete elements are simply printed directly from the digital construction plans. The unique honeycomb structure enables the production of any type of shape and means that the concrete dries faster. The possibility of creating a mix to suit the specific needs of the project saves costs and materials. Saving up to 50% of material helps reduce consumption of valuable resources and lowers the carbon footprint of the construction project.
Greater concrete construction efficiency with the new-generation 3D construction printer
The portability and light weight of the system means that it can be used for many different applications on site. The portable 3D concrete printer from Umdasch Group Ventures plays a critical role on the construction site 4.0, where hybrid construction methods enable synergies to be leveraged within the construction process.

Umdasch Group Ventures presents its innovative solutions at bauma 2022
The new 3D construction printer will be showing what it’s capable of on the Umdasch Group Ventures stand at bauma 2022 in Munich. There will also be a comprehensive programme of events on all seven trade fair days where industry experts will be giving exciting presentations about construction, digitalisation and sustainability. Alongside its innovative 3D construction printing, Umdasch Group Ventures will also be presenting its new digital construction progress recognition software at bauma. The AI-based system with a 3D computer vision system detects physical objects and people on the construction site and uses 3D technology to deliver valuable information about their location. The companies and holdings of Umdasch Group Ventures – NeoTwin, NEULANDT, CONTAKT and Concrefy – will also have an exhibition stand at bauma 2022, where they will present their latest solutions for modern construction processes:
- The real-estate platform for constructors, investors and real estate asset managers: The Munich-based prop-tech company NeoTwin, part of Umdasch Group Ventures, has developed a platform to control projects and manage real estate assets by digitalising the entire building life cycle. All processes and data are consolidated on a single, central platform.
- The portable precast plant N3P, designed to create affordable living spaces: The portable precast plant N3P from NEULANDT enables the industrial mass production of precast concrete elements on the construction site. The plant’s innovative butterfly technology, based on hinged steel formwork, enables efficient, sustainable and economic construction anywhere in the world.
- Innovative construction site software for managing construction projects: Specialists in construction site optimisation and digitalisation CONTAKT has developed the construction site software Sitelife in collaboration with b.i.m.m. Sitelife enables construction companies, construction managers, foremen and project developers to manage construction sites and all subcontractors digitally – from the digging of the foundations to final handover.
- Value engineering for concrete production: The concrete specialists Concrefy has developed Factory Production Control, an innovative decision support tool designed to digitally monitor the performance of freshly poured concrete. This provides a clear overview of all key information about the concrete produced so that the concrete and the production process can become more efficient, cost-effective and sustainable.
